Nora Houston is one of eight distinguished women being honored by the Library of Virginia during its 2017 Virginia Women in History  program.

An exhibition featuring the women will be on display at the Library of Virginia March 1 to 30. The library will host a program March 30, starting with a reception at 5:30 p.m. followed by an awards assembly at 6:15 p.m., at 800 E. Broad St. The evening is free to the public.
