A new biography of Nora Houston by Frances S. Pollard has been published in the Dictionary of Virginia Biography, a publication of the Library of Virginia.

Richmond Magazine  published a feature on Nora Houston and the Nora Houston Foundation on November 12, 2017:   The Light of Day: Fifty forgotten paintings open a window into the life of a remarkable Richmond woman.

To date the Foundation has restored four Houston paintings:

• Little Cottage in Limerick
• Suffer the Little Children to Come unto Me
• Self-Portrait
• Limerick from Carrigogunnell

Nora Houston was one of eight distinguished women being honored by the Library of Virginia during its 2017 Virginia Women in History  program.
